Working Principle

The wheel-type deck turner utilizes an intermediate chain drive mechanism to drive two large-diameter deck turners, ensuring symmetrical deck turning with no blind spots. The adjustable speed trolley facilitates left and right movement, while maintaining low energy consumption, making it suitable for large-scale deck turning operations.

For deep piles, an energy-efficient drive mechanism can be used to achieve deep, wide-span tillage operations with minimal power.

This equipment utilizes a hydraulic lift system that automatically raises and lowers the turntable, ensuring smooth, unobstructed movement.
