The Organic Fertilizer Polishing Machine
The organic fertilizer polishing machine is our company’s latest development. It can be used in conjunction with a disc granulator, a new organic fertilizer granulator, a compound fertilizer granulator, a flat film granulator, or a counter-pressure granulator to enhance the appearance of fertilizer granules.
Working Principle
After entering the polishing machine, the fertilizer granules are polished by centrifugal force as the turntable rotates. Qualified fertilizer granules enter the next polishing cylinder and ultimately proceed to the next process. Meanwhile, fertilizer powder is not discharged through the outlet.

Features
- Product particle size is uniform. After multiple shot blasting steps, the material is discharged from the outlet, resulting in uniform, smooth particles.
- High output and flexible layout. Single or multiple granulators can be used simultaneously, eliminating the process complexity associated with conventional granulator systems requiring circular polishers.
- Highly adaptable to various environments, it offers low costs and high efficiency.
Applications
The twin-roll extrusion granulator is suitable for a variety of materials, primarily divided into two categories: fertilizer materials and non-fertilizer materials.
