Working Principle

The double-roller extrusion granulator utilizes twin rollers to compress and form materials. It is suitable for granulating a variety of raw materials, including compound fertilizers, organic fertilizers, chemical raw materials, and feed. The shape and size of the ball sockets on the granulator’s casing can be customized to suit a wide range of needs. Ball shapes include pillows, semi-circular granules, rods, tablets and pills, walnuts, oblate spheres, and square strips. Currently, they all adopt an oblate spherical shape.
