We designed a Double Roller Granulation Line to meet their needs, which primarily includes crushing equipment, mixing equipment, granulation equipment, screening equipment, and packaging equipment.

What is the process of an NPK fertilizer production line?

First, the raw materials need to be mixed evenly for subsequent granulation. Once the raw materials are prepared, the crushing equipment crushes the nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (NPK) raw materials into smaller particles.

Next, a granulator is used to granulate the powdered raw materials, and the mixed raw materials are granulated in the granulator. Afterward, due to the high moisture content of the granules, a dryer is used to dry the moisture to improve storage stability and ease of use. A cooler, used in conjunction with the dryer, is typically used to cool the fertilizer after drying. Finally, the granules are packaged for sale.
