New type organic fertilizer granulator is also called wet granulator or stirring tooth granulator. It is a newly developed granulator used for granulating various kinds of fermented organic materials.

Working Principle

Powdered organic material is fed into a horizontal drum, where high-speed agitation teeth break up agglomerates and generate intense mechanical agitation. The combined effects of agitation and wetting cause the material to bond, forming dense granules. The granules are then discharged for drying and further processing.

Features

The fermented material does not require drying, and its moisture content can be between 20% and 40%.
The equipment housing is constructed of heavy-duty seamless steel tubing, making it durable and virtually deformation-resistant. The stable base design ensures stable operation.
The high granulation rate, reaching 80%-90%, is suitable for a variety of formulations. The resulting granules offer higher compressive strength than disc and drum granulators.
