1. Cow dung composting, fermentation is the first step.

A cow’s cow manure needs 4 to 6 cubic meters of space a year. According to the breeding scale, a reasonable construction of cow dung accumulation and fermentation sites will be carried out. Add 10%-15% of straw, rice bran and other auxiliary materials to the cow dung, and add appropriate amount of water to control the water content of the cow dung to about 60%. Inoculate the fermentation agent, and the fermentation time is 15-40 days (depending on the season).

2. Raw material crushing

The slewing cooler is used to cool the particulate material, which is conducive to transporting heat from the top of the dryer to the countercurrent cooler to store. There is a certain difference in the size of particles output from the granulation molding system and screening and grading is required. 5. Packaging
